I absolutely love this look by Forever21.  Its fun, cheap, and super easy to do.  First, go to your local art supply store, and pick out plastic beads in your favorite colors.  Second, find an old shirt in your closet that you’re willing to cut up. Last, cut long strands (depending on how much of your stomach you want showing) and string beads onto strands, secure with a knot at the end.  Ta da!
